Nice medium-red colour, ripe red fruits and white pepper on the nose. Lovely medium-weight palate, soft tannin, ripe red fruits with a hint of cinnamon. Long fruit-driven finish.

This wine undergoes a secondary fermentation and then is matured in French oak barrels.

Best paired with red meat, strong food or cheese. Can be cellared for 10 years.
