This blend of Shiraz and Cabernet offers a nice medium-red colour, ripe plums on the nose with some spicy fruits underneath.

Lovely medium-weight palate, soft tannin, ripe red fruits with a hint of cinnamon. Long fruit-driven finish. This wine undergoes a secondary fermentation and then is matured in French oak barrels.”

Best paired with red meat, strong food or cheese. Can be cellared for 10 years.
