This wine is an off dry style Semillon that displays pale lime colour, really fresh citrus nose, – grapefruit. Citrus/apple on the palate with a subtle hint of sweetness, retains a very fine structure and finish. Subtle acidity.

Best paired with white cheese, fruit salad or salty food such as pâté or spicy food.
