Whole bunch pressed, fermented and matured in French oak puncheons and left on lees for eight months. The nose displays well balanced vibrant fruit with flint and elegant minerality. This is a delicate Chablis style Chardonnay that displays honeydew and quince on the nose with flint and mineral nuances and a delicate well balanced palate.
